1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the Dawar mobile application and related services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily download one copy of the Dawar application for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained in the application
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. Service Description

Dawar provides a platform for waste collection requests, rewards programs, educational content (articles and quizzes), events, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time without prior notice.

4. User Accounts

To access certain features of the service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and identification
• Accept all responsibility for activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

5. User Conduct

You agree not to use the service to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the rights of others
• Transmit any harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the service
• Collect or store personal data about other users without their consent

6. Rewards Program

Dawar offers a rewards program where users can earn points for various activities. Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the rewards program at any time. Points may expire according to program rules.

7. Waste Collection Services

When you request a waste collection service:

• You must provide accurate information about the waste to be collected
• You are responsible for ensuring waste is properly prepared and accessible
• We reserve the right to refuse service for safety, legal, or operational reasons
• Collection schedules are subject to availability and may be affected by external factors

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the service, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Dawar or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Dawar, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dawar, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising out of or relating to your use of the service or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to the service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Dawar operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
